Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Checkin 2:00pm Checkout 9.30am

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late checkouts may be available at a small charge Please enquire at reception

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We will hold you credit card details at reception or will request a $200 cash bond if you do not have a credit card

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

We now offer FREE Unlimited WiFi.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Late check in facilities are available We have a manager on site with key collection facility also available Full details will be provided on confirmation letter sent to you on booking

Q: Is there car parking available?

There is undercover security parking available at Capricornia Apartments

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Rooms are serviced after 8 days stay ( all apts are fully self contained with kitchen and laundry facilities within)

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes all linen is provided during your stay

Q: Do you have a pool and is it heated?

Yes we have a pool and a spa and both are heated

Q: What facilities do you have?

Full size tennis court - with racquet and ball hire from reception Heated pool and heated spa His and hers sauna Games room with includes table tennis, pool table Internet desk located in the games room Large covered barbecue area with an ample shaded area with seating and tables. Secure underground parking with each apartment Easy walking to Broadbeach shops restaurants, Convention Centre and Jupiters Casino Tour Desk facilities at Reception for all Gold Coast Attractions Public transport available from stop adjacent to Capricornia Apartments Tennis court racquets ball hire from reception We also offer boogie board, beach towels, cot and pram hire available from reception Wifi available at small charge from reception

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

You can book all major attractions through reception or through our online booking link http://capricornia.experienceoz.com.au/gold-coast

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

eTourism Holidays, our booking agent will take an 10% deposit at time of booking when booking online. A further deposit as stated in the terms and conditions will be taken by Capricornia Apartments

Q: What is the bedding configuration of a 3 Bedroom Apartment?

There is a choice of 1 Queen 4 Singles OR 2 Queens 2 Singles These configurations are all subject to availability - please enquire directly to see if your choice is available

All apartments have balconies with views of pool, gardens, parks and higher up, including hinterland mountains, beach/ocean views All subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
